By signing up and using the facilities at The Orchard Courts, you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

- Participation in padel, pickleball, and other activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and equipment-related injuries.

- By registering, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation.

2. Waiver of Liability

- You release and discharge The Orchard Courts, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using the facility.

- This waiver applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Lost or Stolen Items

- The Orchard Courts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

- We recommend securing valuables and using designated storage areas when available.

4. Facility Rules

- All participants must follow posted facility rules and staff instructions.

- Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

5. Health & Safety

- You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in activities and have no medical conditions that would endanger yourself or others.

- Please consult a physician before engaging in strenuous activity if you have health concerns.

6. Data Privacy & Consent

- By signing up, you consent to The Orchard Courts collecting, storing, and processing your personal data (such as name, contact details, and participation records) for the purposes of membership management, facility operations, and communication.

- Your data will be handled responsibly and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for operational purposes (e.g., payment processing, booking systems, tournaments, open play).

- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting our management team.

7. Consent

- By clicking "Sign Up" or entering the facility, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the waiver of liability and data privacy consent.
